Myers brings over a decade of senior leadership experience in university and elite sport from Queen's University, Carleton University, and the University of the West Indies. He has a strong track record of building inclusive, high-impact environments where student-athletes, coaches, and staff thrive.
Internationally, he has contributed to sport development through his work with the Jamaica Olympic Association, including the Pan Am Games, Commonwealth Games, and World Para Junior Athletics Championships.Â

Myers currently serves on the Board of the Canadian Centre for Mental Health and Sport and as Chair of the Ontario University Athletics (OUA) Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee, reflecting his long-standing commitment to athlete well-being and systemic change in sport.Â

As Director, Interuniversity and High Performance Athletics, Myers will oversee the Varsity Blues program, Blue and White teams, high performance sport academies, and student-athlete support programs. He will be responsible for advancing coaching excellence, equity-driven program development, and comprehensive support for student-athletes. Â

Myers holds a Master of Sports Administration from Ohio University, a Master of Philosophy in Cultural Studies, and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and International Relations from the University of the West Indies.Â
