High School: Was named the athlete of the year...earned MVP honours on the track and field, cross country and volleyball teams...is an eight-time OFSAA participant...won the Catholic School Board recognition of achievement in sport. 

National/International Experience: Holds the Canadian record after winning goal in the 4x400 relay at the youth national championships...Placed ninth in the 400m hurdles at the Canadian junior championships.
