Biography

High School: Named the MVP of the track & field team from 2005-08...named the senior female athlete of the year in 2007-08. 

Previous post-secondary: Competed at Notre Dame for four years...was a member of the Big East all-academic team from 2008-12...a member of the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) men’s and women’s Division I all-academic track and field team in 2011-12.

National/International: Is a three-time Canadian junior champion (400m: 2007, 2008; 4x400m: 2008)...Won the Myrtle Cook trophy as the outstanding Canadian youth athlete of the year in 2007.

Personal: Brother, Paul, plays hockey at Clarkson University and was a member of the Team Canada East that won a silver medal at the 2011 World Junior A hockey challenge...Father, Ross, played hockey at Cornell University.
