High School: Earned track and field MVP honours three times and athlete of the year recognition twice.

Previous post-secondary: Competed in both the weight throw and shot put for the Dalhousie Tigers...at the 2024 AUS Championships she placed second overall in the women's weight throw and third in the women's shot put...at the 2024 U SPORTS National Championships in Winnipeg, Man., she added a seventh place result in the weight throw...recognized as a U SPORTS Academic All-Canadian three times
