High School: Won the 400m hurdles gold medal at the 2019 OFSAA championships...was a silver medalist in the 400m at the 2017 OFSAA championships...named the junior and senior female athlete of the year... named the track MVP in 2017 and 2019...named the cross country ski MVP in 2019...was the field hockey coach's choice in 2017.Â

International/National: Placed eighth overall in the 400m hurdles at the 2019 Pan American U20 championships in Costa Rica...earned the silver medal in the 400m hurdles at the 2019 Canadian U20 championships...two-time gold medalist in the 4x400m at the 2017 and 2019 Canadian U20 championships...silver medalist in the indoor 400m at the 2018 Swiss U18 championships.

Received T-Holder's academic excellence award in 2020.
