Club: Named the University of Calgary Swim Club’s most improved swimmer in 2024...holds multiple provincial relay records and the 200 backstroke club record...also competed at the 2024 Canadian Olympic Trials.

Personal: Twin sister, Maria, is also a member of the Varsity Blues women's swimming team.
 
“Milena’s backstroke times already predict to final at the national championships so she will of course be a great addition to the team,” said Varsity Blues head coach Byron MacDonald. “And her freestyle will bolster our relays to challenge for medals. Along with some experience in the IM races, Milena will be a huge addition to our roster.
