Bobbi-Jo Cronk

Bobbi-Jo Cronk was named the Varsity Blues women's rugby head coach in January, 2019 after serving one season as assistant coach in 2018. She earned OUA coach of the year honours after guiding the Blues to a 3-3 record in 2022. 

Cronk was a member of four AUS championship (2009-12) and two U SPORTS national championship (2010, 2012) teams as a member of the StFX X-Women. She was a dual-sport athlete while at StFX, earning AUS track and field rookie of the year honours and winning the conference gold medal in shot put in 2010.

She went onto play two seasons for the York Lions women's rugby team, earning OUA Russell division all-star honours in 2015 and captaining the team in 2016. While at York, Cronk won the 2016 Murray Young rugby athletics and academics award, the William W. Small academic award in 2017 and twice earned U SPORTS academic all-Canadian honours. 

Cronk holds a Bachelor of Arts in human kinetics pre-education from StFX and a Bachelor of Education from York University.
