The University of Toronto Varsity Blues are excited to share the commitment of Berta Mozolai to the women's hockey program for the 2026-27 season.

"I chose U of T because it offers the perfect environment to grow as both an athlete and a student," said Mozolai.

A 5-foot-6 forward from Budapet, Hungary, Mozolai joins the Blues via Stanstead College.

Competing as a member of the Stanstead Spartans varsity team over the past three seasons, Mozolai has contributed in two second-place finishes and a semifinal appearance for the JWHL club. In addition to her play with the Quebec-based school, Mozolai has also become a consistent presence with the Hungarian national team over the past two years including back-to-back appearances at the 2024 and 2025 U18 World Championship Div 1/A and an appearance at the 2024 Women's World Championship Div 1/A. Hungary finished Top 3 at all three major tournaments.

Receiving Academic Achievement honours throughout high school, Mozolai is set to study within the Faculty of Arts and Science at the University of Toronto beginning in September 2026.
 
Students who sign a letter of intent and commit to Varsity Blues intercollegiate teams will be eligible to play at the University of Toronto provided they are academically admissible and have applied through the normal process with the Ontario Universities Application Centre.
