Biography

The University of Toronto Varsity Blues are excited to share the commitment of Maya Allibon to the women's cross country and track & field programs for the 2026-27 season.

A 5-foot-5 middle distance and cross country runner from Ottawa, Allibon joins the Blues via John McCrae Secondary School and the Ottawa Lions Track & Field Club.

A talented multi-sport athlete, Allibon has competed at OFSAA championships for cross country, track and field, and tennis. In addition, she has received team MVP honours on multiple occasions for each sport. With her club, she has competed at a number of premiere meets including the Youth Legion Nationals and both the Provincial Track and Cross Country Championships.

An honour roll student throughout her high school career, Allibon is interested in studying kinesiology at the University of Toronto beginning next September.

Students who sign a letter of intent and/or commit to Varsity Blues intercollegiate teams will be eligible to play at the University of Toronto provided they are academically admissible and have applied through the normal process with the Ontario Universities Application Centre.
