Sue Stewart

    Women's Basketball - Assistant Coach
A 1996 Olympian, Stewart was a member of Canada's women's national basketball team at the Atlanta Games. She also represented Canada as a player at the FIBA championship, the FIBA world Olympic qualifying tournament, the Pan American Games and the FISU world student games.  

As a member of the Laurentian University women's basketball team, Stewart won two CIS national titles and five OUA championships. She was a five-time OUA all-star and in 1991-92 was the recipient of the Nan Copp award as the CIS player of the year.

A Level 3 NCCP coach, Stewart was a graduate assistant with the women's basketball team coaching staff at Malone University in Canton, Ohio in 2004-05 and spent last season as an assistant coach with the Ryerson Rams.

Stewart has a M.A.C.M in Christian Ministry, emphasis in Sports Ministry, from Malone as well as a B.A. in arts, emphasis in Law and Justice, from Laurentian University.
