High School: Named the athlete of the year from grade 9-12...named the most valuable player on the girl's volleyball, basketball, flag football and badminton teams.

Varsity: Named the OUA female rookie of the year and an OUA all-star in 2009...won the 2013 OUA and Canadian university women's singles title...paired with Grace Gao to win the 2013 OUA and Canadian university championship women's doubles title......was the co-recipient of the 2013 OUA female most valuable player award with Gao....named a 2013 OUA all-star.

National Competitions: Finished first at the junior national championships in 2007...placed second at the senior national championships in 2008...finalist for the female athlete of the year at the 2011 Ontario Sport Awards. 

Internatoinal Competitions: Won singles and doubles gold at the 2007 Pan American Jr Games...won a gold medal in the team event at the 2008 Pan American Games...placed second in doubles at the 2008 Commonwealth Games....won a gold medal at the 2011 Pan American Games in Guadalajara...placed fourth overall in women's doubles at the 2012 Olympic Games in London.
