High School: Won gold at the 2011 LOSAA tennis championships and bronze at the 2012 OFSAA tennis championships.

Varsity:
2013: Won the OUA individual gold medal...named the OUA male player of the year...named as an OUA all-star.
2012:Won the OUA individual silver medal...named the OUA male rookie of the year and an OUA all-star.

National: Ranked seventh in singles and made the semifinals in doubles at the 2011 under-18 outdoor Canadian junior tennis championships...reached the quarter-finals at the 2010 under-18 ITF world ranking event...won the singles championship at the 2011 under-18 indoor Ontario junior tennis championship.

Personal: Brother, Raheel, is the U16 National Champion for singles and doubles and is a Junior Davis Cup member...Zain is a Varsity Board Representative.
