Robert Bregman has been an assistant coach with the Varsity Blues tennis teams since 2012.
After attending and playing at Arizona State, Bregman came to the University of Toronto for graduate school. He represented the Blues as an athlete on the OUA championship tennis team in 1972-73. In 1976, he played at the US Open, getting to the final qualifying round.
A level 3 NCCP certified tennis coach, Bregman is a familiar and highly-recognized and respected tennis coach in the Toronto area tennis community. He coached at the University of Maine and he has been with the Mayfair Racquet club since 1976.
