Arthur Searles has been a member of the Varsity Blues tennis coaching staff since 2011.
 
Searles is a certified Tennis Canada professional with over 30 years of coaching experience. His teaching experience include head professional at City of Mississauga, tennis coach at the University of Waterloo, head tennis professional at Meadowvale Tennis Club and he is also currently coaching at Kew Gardens Tennis Club in Toronto.

Arthur was recognized for his contribution to athletics as a recipient of a University of Toronto Arbor Award in 2021.
