Previous post-secondary: Completed his mechanical engineering degree at the University of Waterloo while also competing as a member of the Warriors swimming team between 2020-25...accumulated seven OUA medals in the relay events...claimed an individual provincial bronze in the 100m freestyle at the 2024 OUA Swimming Championships in St. Catharines.

Club: Reached the B-Final for both the 100 and 50 freestyle events at the 2024 Speedo Canadian Championships, while also placing fourth in the 100 freestyle at the 2024 Ontario Summer Championships.

"Bringing with him lots of experience, Raymond has been accepted into the graduate engineering program here at U of T after a successful four seasons competing in the sprint freestyle for Waterloo," described U of T swimming head coach Byron MacDonald. "We are excited to have him join us and make an immediate impact."
