High School: Won the York award, given to the student who best exemplifies all that the York School stands for - academic achievement, participation in sports and co-curricular activities, citizenship, and leadership...won the 2019 OFSAA gold medal and 2020 silver medal in the 100 butterfly. Sava served as the senior director of the community service committee and was named the most outstanding swimmer from three straight years.

National/International: Set meet records in winning the 200 butterfly at both the 2018 and 2019 Canadian junior swimming championships, while claiming the silver medal at the 2019 Canadian senior championships...is a four-time Ontario swimming champion in both the 100 and 200 butterfly...In 2019, won the gold medals in the 100 butterfly and 200 butterfly at the International Meet in Sagamihara in Japan...participated at 2021 Tokyo Olympic Trials and the 2022 Mare Nostrum International Meet in Monte Carlo, Monaco...earned a bronze medal at the 2022 Canadian Trials for 200 butterfly...won the senior national championship title in 2022 for 200 butterfly...represented U of T at competitions in Las Vegas, Detroit, and Luxembourg in 2022-23...was a national silver medalist in the 200 butterfly in 2023...placed fifth in the nation in the 200butterfly at the 2024 Olympic Trials.
