Biography

The University of Toronto Varsity Blues are excited to share the commitment of Tobias Sealy to the men's track and field team for the 2025-26 season.

A 6-foot sprinter from Toronto, Sealy joins the Blues via St. Michael's College School.

Sealy has excelled while competing at St. Michael's College, earning track and field MVP honours in multiple seasons. His standout senior campaign included CISAA Championship gold in the 100m , 200m, and 4x400m events. Additionally, he took gold in the 4x400m at the Metro Track and Field Championships. In 2024, he also captured OFSAA gold in the 4x400m.

A multi-sport athlete, Sealy was also a member of the St. Michael's College CISAA championship basketball team, earning all-star honours at a number of tournaments. As well, he was a standout soccer player with SC Toronto and Team Ontario.

An honour roll student throughout high school, Sealy is set to study humanities at the University of Toronto beginning this fall.

Students who sign a letter of intent and/or commit to Varsity Blues intercollegiate teams will be eligible to play at the University of Toronto provided they are academically admissible and have applied through the normal process with the Ontario Universities Application Centre.
