2025-26 Men's Track and Field Roster
Biography
The University of Toronto Varsity Blues are excited to share the commitment of Kyle Barron to the men's track and field team for the 2025-26 season.
"I chose U of T becaus I felt it was a perfect balance of academics and athletics for me to succeed," said Barron. "When I initially visited, I was quickly welcomed by coaches and teammates."
A 6-foot sprinter, Barron joins the Blues via Kennebuck High School in Kennebuck, Maine.
While competing in the U.S., Barron accrued seven school records and received all-conference honours on five occasions. Adding to his accolades, he was regional champion in the 200m and state runner-up in the 100m, earning all-state recognition. Barron has appeared at three national championships and two all-New England events.
A strong student, Barron has consistently appeared on the high honour roll through his high school career. He is set to study in the social sciences program at U of T this coming fall.
Students who sign a letter of intent and/or commit to Varsity Blues intercollegiate teams will be eligible to play at the University of Toronto provided they are academically admissible and have applied through the normal process with the Ontario Universities Application Centre.
