High School: Named the MVP of the track and field team three times....named the junior athlete of the year in 2018.
National/International experience: Was a member of Canada's U18 rugby team in 2020...won a gold medal at the U18 Canadian championships in 2019...earned a silver medal at the 2020 Canada Summer Games... placed 5th in the 110m hurdles at the 2023 NACACÂ U23 Championships... earned a bronze in the 110m hurdles at the 2023 Canadian Track & Field ChampionshipsÂ
