High School: Named the athlete of the year in 2008 and 2010...named the MVP of the track and field team from 2009-12. 

National/International Experience: Competed at the Canadian junior championships...won three medals at the youth legion track and field championships. 

Personal: Brother, Matthew, was a member of the Varsity Blues track and field team...Ben volunteers at the JCC.
