A member and team captain of the Trent Excalibur from 2004-08, Mondino built his skills both on the field and the sideline as the assistant director of coaching with the Peterborough City Soccer Association. Upon graduation, Mondino was hired as a technical director at Soccer Club Toronto, where he facilitates, monitors and organizes all player and coaching development programs.
