Jonathan Leclerc became the Varsity Blues men's lacrosse head coach in March, 2026.
Leclerc served as an assistant coach for the U of T men's lacrosse program in 2025, helping return the Varsity Blues to the CUFLA postseason. He has additionally coached with the Oshawa Blue Knights and Whitby Minor Lacrosse.
As a player, Leclerc competed for two seasons with the University of Richmon Spiders, an NCAA Division I field lacrosse program. Following his time in Virginia, Leclerc returned to Canada and competed as a member of the Trent University Excalibur, making Baggataway final appearances and garnering CUFLA All-Canadian honours twice.
Across his career he has also competed with the Clarington Green Gaels, Whitby Steelhawks, and Brooklin Lacrosse Club.
Leclerc holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Richmond and a Bachelor of Business Administration, specializing in Marketing and Finance from Trent University.
