Joe Nizich began his career as the head coach of the men’s lacrosse team in 2010. An assistant coach for four seasons, Joe coached in the Mimico lacrosse organization for 10 years before joining the Blues. He is also the head coach of the Clax Brampton Inferno Jr Prospects.
An NCCP level 1 certified coach, Joe has two sons that played for the Varsity Blues. A member of the Varsity Blues football team from 1973-77, Joe holds an honours degree in geography from the University of Toronto.
Away from the field, Joe works as a commercial real estate agent for Indusite Reality Corporation, specializing in industrial properties. He lives in Toronto with his wife of 30 years, Pauline.
