Andy Chiodo joined the Varsity Blues coaching staff in September 2017.  
 
He comes to the Blues with an impressive international resume. Chiodo recently retired from a 14-year professional career, which saw him play in North America, Russia, Finland and Austria. He played eight games for the Pittsburgh Penguins in 2003-04 and went onto represent Canada at the Spengler Cup in 2005-06. 
 
Chiodo also serves as the goalie coach for the Ottawa 67s of the Ontario Hockey League.
