Rob Underhill joins the Blues coaching staff in 2013 after three seasons with the McMaster Marauders. Underhill has coached the Hamilton Ironmen in the Ontario Varsity Football League (OVFL) for the past 12 seasons and became the head coach of the Hamilton Hurricanes in the Ontario Football Conference (OFC) in 2013.Â
