Returning to the Blues coaching staff in 2010, Rich Klimushko has experience with CIS programs from coast-to-coast. Rich started at U of T as a defensive line coach from 1996-98 and 2000 before moving to the special teams coordinator and linebacker coach at Acadia University in 2006, where he helped guide the team to the AUS championship. While completing a Master’s of Arts in coaching from the University of Alberta, Rich acted as the Golden Bears linebackers coach in 2007. Since then he has been the Harry Ainlay High School head coach in Edmonton, leading the squad to a second-place finish in the city conference.

Rich played for the Varsity Blues from 1991-95 and was a member of the 1993 Vanier Cup championship team. When he is not on the field, Rich is a supply teacher in Toronto’s inner-city schools.
