Nate Weiss joins the Blues staff in 2013. A former Western Mustangs quarterback and punter (1999-02), Weiss got his coaching start as the offensive coordinater of the Turner Fenton Trojans from 2007-10. During that time, he also helped coach the Brampton Bulldogs to the Ontario Varsity Football League (OVFL) championship title in 2010. 

He became the Notre Dame Knights offensive coordinator in 2011, guiding them to the Region of Peel Secondary School Athletic Association (ROPSSAA) title that season. Most recently, Weiss helped the King City Lions to the 2012 York Region Athletic Association (YRAA) championship game.
