A three-year letter winner quarterback at Syracuse University, Matthew Hale joined the Blues coaching staff in 2011. He was an assistant offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach with the Mississauga Warriors, guiding the team to the 2008 OVFL championship title.  Off the field, Matthew is a supply chain logistics consultant for Michael Page International.
