High School: Named the most valuable player on the field hockey team in grades 11 and 12...won the provincial championship in 2008 and were silver medalists in 2009....named a North shore all-star in field hockey and soccer.

2011: Dressed for all 12 games...scored four goals...led the team with two goals at the CIS championship. 
2010: Dressed for 14 games.

Personal: Sister, Jaclyn, swims competitively...Lauren coaches an under-10 girls field hockey team.
