Scott Brady
Scott Brady enters his third season as Assistant Head Coach and Defensive Coordinator at McMaster University this fall. Over his first two seasons at McMaster, Brady has helped the Marauders to their first Yates Cup championship since 2014, while the Marauders defense has finished second in the OUA in both points allowed and yards allowed in both seasons. Â
Brady arrived at McMaster following eight seasons on staff at Mount Allison, where he assumed the role of defensive coordinator in 2011 before ascending to the head coaching position in 2016.
During his tenure, the Mounties advanced to four straight Loney Bowls (2013-16), winning consecutive Loney Bowl titles as Atlantic University Sport (AUS) champion in 2013 and 2014, and achieved the first undefeated regular season in school history in 2014.Â
His defence achieved its peak in 2014, ranking first in the country in points allowed per game (eight), first in takeaways (29), third in yards per game allowed (324), third in rushing yards allowed per game (98) and third in sacks (27).Â

In addition to his roles at Mount Allison, Brady served as defensive coordinator for Team East at the CIS East-West Bowl in 2013, and has twice featured as a guest coach at a Canadian Football League training camp, serving with the Toronto Argonauts in 2011 and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in 2015. Â Â
