High School: Won the 2012 OFSAA senior girls cross country title...claimed the gold medal in the 3000m and silver in the 1500m at the 2013 OFSAA track and field championships...recevied the Brian Maxwell and Karrys family scholarships.

National/International Experience: Won the 1500m Canadian Olympic Trials...placed 25th overall in the 2016 Olympic 1500m...Won a silver medal at the 2015 World University Games in the 1500m...was the 2014 junior national champion in the 3000m....placed ninth at the 2014 IAAF World Junior Championships in the 3000m...earned the individual bronze a team gold medal at the 2013 NACAC championships...competed at the 2013 IAAF world cross country championships...represented Canada at the 2013 Pan American Junior Games in the 1500m event...won the 1500m silver medal at the 2013 Canadian junior championships...

Personal: Sister, Lucia, is also a Varsity Blue track athlete, an OFSAA Champion, 2016 Junior National 1500m Champion, and came 13th at the World Junior Track Championships...Father, James, was a member of the Varsity Blues cross country team and represented Canada at the world championships four times...Aunt, Sara Gardner, was a member of the Varsity Blues and represented Canada at the 1992 world cross country championships...Step-mother Leanne Shafir races on the track and road as well as a Master...Step-sister Gabrielle runs with the U of T Junior Development group.
