The University of Toronto Varsity Blues field hockey team defeated the Queen's Gaels 2-0 on Sunday, October 20 in Waterloo, Ont.

HOW IT HAPPENED: Third-year standout Katie Lynes opened the scoring in the 53rd minute with a goal off of a penalty corner opportunity. Five minutes later, Anna Costanzo padded the Blues lead, scoring her eight goal of the season.

Veteran goalie Elizabeth O'Hara earned the shut out in net.

UP NEXT: The Blues head to Guelph, Ont., as the No. 2 seed for the 2019 OUA championship, October 25-27.
