Fourth-year forward Max Lindsay scored both goals as the University of Toronto Varsity Blues men's hockey team dropped a 3-2 shoot out decision to the Nipissing Lakers in pre-season action on Saturday night (Sept. 22) in North Bay, Ont.

HOW IT HAPPENED: Lindsay got the Blues on the board midway through the first period with a goal assisted by Evan MacEachern. He added his second of the game on the powerplay with 12 minutes remaining. Willy Paul and Curtis Harvey got the assists.

UP NEXT: The Blues continue their pre-season schedule next Saturday, September 29, hosting the Brampton Beast at Varsity Arena. Puck drop is set for 7 p.m.
