The University of Toronto Varsity Blues men's and women's hockey teams host their 2017-18 home openers this week at Varsity Arena.
 
Toronto's women kick off their 2017-18 campaign hosting the York Lions this Thursday, October 19 at 7 p.m. The first 50 fans to will receive a free Varsity Blues toque! Gates open at 6 p.m. A full season preview for the women's hockey team will be posted Tuesday.
 
The Blues men, who opened their season with a 3-1 win at Waterloo on Friday, host the Queen's Gaels in their home opener on Friday, October 20 at 7 p.m. The first 100 fans on Friday night will also receive a free Varsity Blues toque! Gates open at 6 p.m.
