Box Score The University of Toronto Varsity Blues men's hockey team fell 3-1 to the Guelph Gryphons in Game 2 of their OUA West semifinal series on Saturday afternoon (Feb. 21) in Guelph.
The win evens the series at 1-1 after Toronto notched a lopsided 8-3 Game 1 win on Wednesday night. Game 3 is set for tomorrow night, Sunday, February 22, at 7:30 p.m. at Varsity Arena. Advance tickets are on sale

Guelph opened the scoring with five seconds to go in the first period when Seth Swenson tipped in a Nicklas Huard shot and the home team took the one-goal advantage into the first intermission.
Huard put the Gryphons up by two on the powerplay late in the second, banging in a Teal Burns rebound.
The Blues cut the deficit to one seven minutes into the third period as Tyler Liukkonen wired a shot top corner into the net, but Guelph added an insurance marker late in the third to seal the win.Â
Blues netminder Brett Willows made 25 saves in the loss.Â
