Jen Held tallied eight goals and three assists as the first-place Varsity Blues women’s lacrosse team swept all three games and remained a perfect 9-0 this weekend (Oct. 17-18) in Waterloo, Ont.
 
The Brampton, Ont. native tallied two goals and two assists as the Blues defeated the defending OUA champion Laurier Golden Hawks 12-4 on Saturday night and followed that up with a stellar five-goal, one-assist performance in a 10-5 win versus the Golden Hawks on Sunday morning. Held recorded a single tally in U of T’s 10-6 victory over the Western Mustangs to help keep Toronto’s unbeaten streak intact in 2009.
 
Held currently sits second in OUA scoring with 24 goals and 23 assists over nine games.
