A fifth-year midfielder from Etobicoke, Ont., Sarah Jamieson scored six goals and added two assists as the University of Toronto Varsity Blues women’s lacrosse team went 1-0-1 this weekend at York University.
 
A kinesiology major, Jamieson scored two goals, including the eventual game-winner, as the Blues dominated the York Lions 13-2 on Saturday morning.
 
She followed that up with four goals and two assists in a 12-12 tie versus the OUA defending champion Trent Excalibur. Jamieson scored Toronto’s first three goals of the contest and added the game-tying marker in thrilling fashion with 15 seconds left on the clock.
