A fifth-year forward from Ilderton, Ont., Taylor Day notched two goals and one assist in leading the Varsity Blues to two wins this past week in OUA women's hockey action.
 
The kinesiology major scored a shorthanded marker and added an assist in Toronto's impressive 5-1 victory over UOIT on Friday. Day currently leads the OUA in shorthanded goals with four this season.

A 2015-16 OUA all-star, Day followed that up by scoring a late third period game-winner against Laurier, as the Blues topped the Golden Hawks 2-1 on Sunday evening.
 
Day is now three regular season points away from becoming just the eighth University of Toronto Varsity Blue to notch 100 career points in program history. She currently ranks fourth in the OUA with 21 points.
