A fourth-year guard from Mississauga, Ont., Reilly Reid scored a career-high 22 points as the University of Toronto Varsity Blues men's basketball team dropped the McMaster Marauders 65-57 on Saturday afternoon at the Goldring Centre.

The economics and finance mathematics major shot an efficient 9-for-16 from the field including going 3-for-5 from behind the three-point line. 15 of his 22 points came in the second half delivering a clutch performance against a tough opponent.

The Assumption College transfer also added six rebounds, three steals, and one assist in the victory as the Blues gained valuable positioning in the OUA playoff race.
