A first-year forward from Whitby, Ont., Jessica Robichaud scored three goals and added one assist in leading the Varsity Blues women’s hockey team to two big wins this past weekend.

The life science major notched two goals and one assist in Toronto’s 4-1 road win at Waterloo on Saturday. Robichaud tipped in an Autumn Garnham point shot on the powerplay late in the first period for the eventual game-winner. She added another, also on the powerplay, midway through the second period and assisted Toronto’s fourth goal to help the Blues clinch a playoff berth.

Robichaud also added one marker in the Blues 2-1 School Day victory over the Ryerson Rams on Thursday afternoon.
