Eilish McConville joined the coaching staff in 2012, after playing the 2011 season with the Blues. During that year, McConville led the team and ranked second in OUA scoring with 10 goals. She was recognized as an OUA East first team all-star for her efforts.

Prior to coming to U of T, the medical student played for the Queen's Gaels from 2004-07. She was named a CIS academic all-Canadian all four years in Kingston and was also honoured as the CIS women's soccer rookie of the year in 2003. She is a three-time CIS first team all-Canadian (2004-06).
