High School: Was the captain and most valuable player on the field hockey and rugby teams...named a 2009 and 2012 District 10 rugby and field hockey all-star...won the 2012 J.E. MacKenzie award for sportsmanship.

University Academic Awards: Recipient of the Valerie Story and John MacRae Scholarships.

National/International Experience: Member of Team Ontario U18 women's rugby team that won gold at National Championships in 2011.
