Melissa Hill is entering her fifth season as assistant coach for the Varsity Blues badminton team. Melissa acted as head coach for the central Ontario team in the 2006 Ontario Winter Games and is the assistant coach for the Ontario team competing in the 2011 Canada Winter Games.

As an athlete, Hill is an eight-time OUA all-star and was earned OUA MVP honours in 2006.

Melissa is currently a PhD student at the University of Toronto in the Department of Medical Biophysics, and resides in Oakville, Ontario with her husband.
