Nancy Lee was a member of U of T’s two OWIAA and CIAU championship swimming teams. She served two terms as president of the University of Toronto’s T-Holders’ Association and is currently a member of the University of Toronto’s Governing Council. She was a board member with CAAWS (Canadian Association for the Advancement of Women and Sport and Physical Activity) and was an executive board member with Right to Play.

Nancy Lee served as Chief Operating Officer for the 2010 Olympic Broadcasting Services Vancouver (OBSV). In that role, she was responsible for a staff of 2,700 that managed the operations and infrastructure for 20 broadcast venues throughout Vancouver and Whistler. She spent a decade at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC), where she honed her skills as a news and sports reporter, editor and sports producer on ‘The Inside Track’. She also negotiated the rights for CBC to broadcast NHL and CFL games, as well as international multi-sport games, world championships and world cup events. Nancy is also the former vice-president of the Commonwealth Games Association of Canada.
