Marg Stock earned a First T in her rookie season with the Basketball Blues in 1939-40, but further competition was suspended due to World War II. She was active in many intramural sports, including Basketball, Ice Hockey and Swimming, and also served as University College Women's Athletic Director. She received the UofT's prestigious Moss Scholarship in 1943.
She was a founder of the Women's T-Holders' Association 1947-48 and played an active part in the funding campaign for the Benson Building. She also helped to found the University Women's Club of North York and was a member of the first Board of Directors of Innis College. Her father, Valentine Stock, was a T-holder in Soccer, and her husband Richard Wright and sons John and Richard were Varsity Athletes, in hockey, squash and boxing respectively.
