Meet Information:

University, College and Club teams can submit entries using either:

1)      Hy-Tek Team Manager or
2)      Download, for free (www.hy-tekltd.com), Hy-tek Team Manager Lite > Download Centre.

Facility: 200m flat Mondo - rubber 5-lane track with 8 sprint lanes. All runways are Mondo – rubber, the shot put/weight throw circle is concrete.
 
Change rooms: Locker rooms available for men and women. Please bring your own locks and towel.
 
Sanctioned by: Ontario University Association (OUA), Athletics Ontario (AO).
 
Timing: Fully Automatic Timing (F.A.T.) and photo finish system.
 
Eligibility: University, College, and Athletics Ontario registered athletes.
 
Entries: 
University, College and Club teams can submit group entries using either:
1) Hy-Tek Team Manager or
2) Hy-tek Team Manager Lite.

Must be submitted on-line by the Wednesday, 12:00 (noon) of the event day to the entries chair.

Entry Fee: $20.00 per athlete per event. Cost limit $400 per university or college team (i.e. $200 for men, $200 for women - number of entries are unlimited).

Payment: Cash or cheque payable to: University of Toronto Track Club. Invoice will be provided.

Late Entry: Late entries will be accepted at $40.00 (cash) per athlete per event.
Entries will not be accepted 30 minutes prior to commencement of track session on Meet day.

Scratches: Make all team scratches immediately upon entering the field house.

Start lists: To be posted on the Thursday prior to the beginning of the meet including an updated schedule.
