The University of Toronto Varsity Blues are pleased to announce that Iain Wilson has been named the men's and women's rowing head coach, effective immediately.
 
The current head coach and general manager at Hanlan Boat Club where the Varsity Blues train, Wilson joins the Blues with extensive rowing experience.
 
He sat on the board of directors at the St. Catharines Rowing Club from 2007-13, during which he served as a program coach (2005-13). Wilson was the Niagara Rowing School's head coach and operations manager from 2009-11 and also served as a consult coach with Branksome Hall and the Brock Badgers coach from 2011-14.
 
Wilson is a NCCP certified coach and has participated in numerous rowing coaching conferences over the past eight years.
 
The position of rowing team manager will be posted shortly.
