Nine members of the Junior Blues lacrosse program have been selected to the 35-player Canadian under-19 team that will compete at the Federation of International Lacrosse (FIL) world championship in Hannover, Germany in August 2011.
The Junior Blues academy is an eight week program that runs from January to March for high school-aged players at the University of Toronto’s Varsity Centre. The following Junior Blues were named to the under-19 team after a four-day camp held in Orangeville, Ont. (Feb. 12-15):
